Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your handmade jewelry into your hands as soon as possible! Each piece is made with care, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Custom pieces may take a bit longer—if that’s the case, we’ll let you know right away.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer Economy shipping (typically 5–8 business days) and Standard shipping (typically 3–4 business days). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you’re hoping to order from outside the U.S., please reach out to us at info@thebeadedheirloom.com—we’d love to try and accommodate you.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your package is with the carrier, we are unable to control transit times. If your order is delayed or seems to be lost, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
